Short-term renting means to rent a place from 1 night up to a maximum of 30 nights.
Sadly, the possibility to rent out an apartment short-term gained a bad reputation due to unethical individuals making an extra buck out of the misery of house seekers. That led to regulations to protect local communities. We support it!
